The dolls are made to order and  there is always waiting period

Please note that all prices are in Australian currency. Shipping and handling are not included in prices.
  


After receiving your order, confirmation will be emailed to you. Maximum postage within Australia is $10.  Overseas customers will be notified of the freight charges before the order is sent. Postage charges will be applicable as charged by postal services. 

All care is taken during packing to avoid breakages. Please let me know if you wish to have your parcel insured prior to postage.

Payment can by made using PAYPAL or should be by International  Bank Cheque in Australian Dollars or International Money Order.  

If paying by Paypal, I will email a Paypal invoice.

Returns Policy

As each order is  made to individual specific requirements there is no refund on any doll.   The dolls are poured, cleaned,  fired to bisque then hand painted and fired 6 or more times. 

If you think a doll is faulty please contact me upon receival. The doll must be posted back to me where it will be examined and if found to  have a genuine fault, a replacement will be made with another of the same doll.
